Well, finally.

These aren't the best photos I've ever taken, but I'll work on
it when the light's a little better and I have more time.
So far, however:

Looking good, Jack. So, does this mean that the Sapphire Black Bongo has an expiration date, or is it just too good to get rid of?

I mean--you could sell it to fund a single Humbucker Bongo, right?

Blackie gonna stay home, my bruddah. That Bongo just rules the roost.

Now this one, the Green Hornet, is just as pretty and sounds every bit as good....but it's going to take me a while to get the setup just right. It's pretty close, though.

That is just awesome Bovine. Easy to understand why you worked and waited to get that one. Enjoy it!!

I'm afraid the single PU and piezo configs are going to be "Basses Not Appearing In This Film".

If I can't get it done with what I've got now, I'm going to gnaw my own fingers off.

Good looking arrangement there but Heinz could make an appearance with the Bongo brothers there.

So aside from the green hornet being a ltd. ed., do it and blackie have the same options?

Well yeah, but see, they're different COLORS.

It should be interesting to see if one ends up sounding a little bit better than the other. Its cool how you can take two almost identical basses and they will still both have unique personalities. Maybe you could have one set up with flats and the other with rounds.

Congrats on the bass. It is a very beautiful and unique look. Lets also see some new pics of Heinz. :)
