Oh that is surely an option I am considering. I believe Basscentral has a couple in that category. As well as some other beast I would like. I am considering selling my fretless and one or two of my keyboards to pick up a new ray. Of course that would mean being ray-less for a little while!

Ouch...I know what you mean though. I've been Ray-less a while on a couple of occasions. The Slo neck on a Ray is very nice....fast too. You'll have to post some pics if you decide to get something from Bass Central.

It is sweet. It would look so nice with a white or aged pearl pickguard.
