What Beej said. Patrick we understand your frustration. If your guitar is on the way to them already, then they already know it's coming and it will be dealt with as fast as they can. We don't need to do anything on this end, they are taking care of you. I understand how hard patience can be in these circumstances, but hang in there.

Thank You both Beej and Doc. Yes my patience is waning . Please explain I am confused. You both represent EBMM ,but neither one of you talk to them. You see threads coming through about this problem, IE two guitars L3 HSS get returned from Sweetwater and trades it in for an HH is NO solution. The other has to run it through a wireless to eliminate the noise. This is no solution!! And Joel at EBMM never heard of this problem. You see this in the thread , Yet no Moderator of CS has done a damn thing about it! Yep Gentlemen Im pissed.

Chill out, man. Neither beej or DeKev work for EBMM. They are volunteer moderators, and this forum is not an official support channel. This is a community provided by the company for their customers' enjoyment.

They have support channels, moderators have pointed you there multiple times, and your anger is misdirected.

And no my anger is toward EBMM quality control and engineering.Not the moderators. I apologize to them. I realize that they are powerless,now. Read my whole thread Mr Jones ,this isnt the first guitar I have had to send back. Wear my shoes.

Patrick, you need to watch your tone. I just deleted your last post and the next one like that will be your last.

You've come here to vent, fine. Everyone sympathizes with your situation - you've had a couple of minor issues, but only the company can help you out, and right now they're at the biggest show of the year.

Things like stress cracks and buzzing happen ... with any manufacturer. But they will take care of you if you let them. EBMM has an excellent support channel - now let them do their job.

And with that, I'm closing this.
