I'm lazy, and this is prolly a dumb question, but what's the difference between Group II and III?:confused:

And don't say 1 or somebody's gettin' hurt...:p

String gauge, about .005 on the E string. Group IIs are stiffer, thicker, thumpier, etc. Group IIIs are more flexible.

Both are great strings, completely different from TIs.

This bass is soooo good it needs to be tamed and domesticated for proper home use. :)

Big fan of the Group IIs. That .105 E just thumps, and the overall tension of the set is great for walking lines, but not too stiff. They just get better the longer they stay on.
