Hello all. I haven't used flats on my basses in awhile, so I have some questions about Group III flats. First of all, are they still the same string even though there is new packaging? Also, are they long enough for P an J type string-through body bridges?
I am looking for traditional flatwound sound as these days I mainly play in educational and recreational settings (elementary school concerts, ukulele groups, acoustic jams, etc.).
