Love this band, wish they were still around. I can't think of any chick who rocks harder than Sandra Nasic. And the bassist ... you need nothing but ears to know what he's playing. Embedding is disabled - click the title at the top to view.

Yes, they are very awesome! They endorse EB/MM officially since this year!

Edit: Good news, Robert! They are back together and back on tour!

Well, I don't see any US tour dates on their site. Hopefully there'll be a new cd, though. Hmmm ... would it be crazy to plan a trip to Europe just to see this band? Maybe so, but I like that kind of crazy. Good alwayes comes of such things.

According to this page:
GUANO APES | Dödel Up

it means nothing... it came out of the scatvocals of the very first versions of the song and remained in there forever. Since the apes couldn't decide what other title to give this song, that remained as well. They especially liked to keep the "ö" in the title "Dödel Up", because it throws off non native German speakers... maniacs, as you said :D

Zak, glad to have turned up something new for you that you dig. Those kinds of connection are cool. That's what it's all about! I'll bet your Redrise is now being used to play their stuff, huh? You aren't the first to have done so on it! ;)
