First off, I hope there are no hard fellings.(none here) I would also like to hear the same thing with the mag p/ups. You will not get a perfect acoustic sound on an electric guitar with piezo. Close, but it's not an acoustic guitar. You will get closer if you raise the saddles but low action is what it is, and there will be some buzz. Do me a favor. before you send it in, raise the saddles and see what happens.

If you are still not happy, by all means take BP's offer and send it in. There is no other company that I have seen, that will go the extra mile like EB/MM.

IMHO if you want a great acoustic sound, buy a great acoustic. There will always be a comprimise with low action, and good piezo/acoustic sound.

Well, now that you heard magnetically as well. What is your opinion. Can you fix it or do you just think I should live with it? If you can make it go away of course I'll go that route but if you don't think you can let me know... (last post on this BP, promise... no nudge or jab needed!) ;)

E-mail turned on now, Jon. Just in case for future reference!

Nope..I have been fighting Nordstrom about my George Forman grill for years now...had to call in Larry H. Parker. He will fight for me. (Nobody outside of L.A. will get this, I know.)

I think we've used enough bandwidth on this....Customer service is on the case, so I am closing this thread down.

Please remember, if you have a problem, call customer service.
