Over the summer I purchased an LMII from GC Beaverton. I gave the store manager (Brandon) the secret knucklehead handshake and he treated me like a king. Great guy and I can't say enough about him and his store. Unfortunately, all they had in stock was a floor demo. They gave that to me and said to return later for a new in box unit.

When I rolled in today, imagine my surprise when I saw this LE LMII signed by Marco himself. And when Brandon offered me that in exchange, well, I could hardly believe it. I am now the proud owner of an LE LMII and 2 LE Stingrays.

I hope Marty is still reading these posts because that one single gesture has turned me into a customer for life. This store manager is doing an exceptional job.

Very cool and congrats, I hope Marty is reading these posts as well, with all the GC bashing that happens, they can also rock, I have posted before about the North Dallas GC and given praise to the Platinum Room Manager Robbie, he takes care of me and helped me with my last amp purchase, hope yours rocks as good as mine:D:cool:

They have that same Bongo on sale for less than a grand. Tempting, but I really liked your blank plank. That'll probably be next. Maybe even 5 strings.

There is nothing more gratifying than hearing from a happy customer. Thanks for the feedback and support. Our teams in the stores try very hard to make every customer feel like a pro.....our success rate is never 100% but our goal is always 100%.

I try my best to stay in touch with the forum (and I have help doing that) so always trust that you have my ear and I am always excited about your views and ideas.

Cool beans! When the CEO chimes in... it's a GREAT thing!

Which is why this is the only forum I frequent and am a member of. To have the ear of the CEO who shapes our musical lives, who even involves the CEO's of his distribution channels is completely unprecedented.

You're right, Road Pop, it's a GREAT thing!
