Hey Guys,

Wanted to let you know GC is trying to move through some aged bass inventory during the month of December. They have some special in store only pricing going on. So, if you get a chance, stop by your local GC store and check it out....

We're getting a GC in Chico, CA (small to medium sized college town), and I have mixed emotions. We already have a couple of really good local shops, and I try to shop local as much as possible. But GC gets the PDN type deals and the special pricing, etc. I'm hoping they stock some Bongos so I can finally try one.

not so sure on that, PDNs are usually reserved for the non-GC channel dealers.
I think you mean to say that they get special runs of instruments from time to time, unique finishes, etc.

ya!!!!! California gets "another" GC - I LOVE this state!!!!!

I remember them starting to experiment with smaller-market stores about 5 years ago, which is how they are going to get to 1000 doors eventually.

Wait.. you mean GC is opening stores that aren't right across from another music store or in a major city?
