Actually, it wasn't the dealership, it was the company, that controlled the dealership and made sure that quality sales people were representing them. Sadly, since those days, they are no longer requiring all sales consultants to attend this training, and yes my particular dealership was exceptional, but it was a company philosophy. As for bashing GC, it wasn't my intention, sorry. Also, sorry if I offended any McD's employees out there. GC and McD's account for a large portion of my annual income leaving my wallet, so I guess I should be careful here....
