As I´m a Newbie i can also just tell, how great I feel to be part of this forum and of the EBMM-thing.

It is stunning, how people here are loving "their" brand. Customer Sevice is just brilliant, not to speak of the axes, which are surely the main reason for being here. The other reason are BPs posts. I can´t believe that he himself is sharing his time with us!

Sometimes I wish it could be a bit more posts. I´m absolutely addicted to this forum and can´t wait for new posts. Im looking in 10-20 times a day. But for my own shame I have to confess, that I make not so many posts. One reason may be, that I own only one EBMM, so what can I say about the other models? Killer is, that you freaks out there own 10 or more EBMMs! You are really cool.

But it´s not so frantic like harmony central, which is too big for me.

Haha! I did some web consulting work for Jim Shooter when he was with Defiant and then Broadway Comics. He once drew Spiderman on a business card for me (when I was a kid and he was still at Marvel), but I don't know what I did with it!
Ha ! Web consulting work!!
What like "Say Jim, how about having some cool webs coming outta his wrists !!"
LOL! ;) :D

Actually, I didn't get much of a chance to do things with the Defiant label before Jim got ousted (his other two biz partners ended up a 'couple' and he was out!).
But for Broadway Comics, I designed their web site.. built a 'dealer locator' for them online, did some cool animations where I morphed live action video of people in costume into the actual drawn comic book characters. Fun stuff. Shame that Lorne Michaels decided to sell the company to Golden Books, who just wanted the characters for licensing.. so they shut down the comic operation immediately.

Great stuff! You sound a lot like my brother who is a TV/Film designer. Passionate and good at their job.
