That's NOT Eddiecaster...

I'm really curious to see the EddieCaster. Is this an example of one?

That's funny that the all important "Ki" letters are blocked out. The tag says "Kiddiecaster". Now I'll bet you're REALLY wondering???

Haha are you serious!!!

"Kiddiecaster"?

I have so many ideas... And yet, I've never been more confident that they are all wrong haha.
Can't wait to see how this pans out :)

u ever think ed kicks himself in the ass over the whole split?? im betting he does. hes been through two other guitar companies since ebmm. i havnt played the new wolf but im gonna put money on it that its no where near as good as the evh ebmm. i just wonder if he could or would come back to ebmm what he would do differently. thats even if they would have him back.

I doubt he really regrets it. Look at it this way- he still has all those awesome custom EBMM's to play with. Now he just has a mass production guitar line that is really more for the money.

Adam, a friend of mine has a EB/MM Axis, a Peavey Wolfgang and recently bought the MIJ EVH Wolfgang Special (got it cheap, to flip and make a profit). The Wolfgang Special he said has a flawless finish but that the wood in his opinion isn't of high standard and the guitar sounds sub-par compared to the other two. He likes the Peavey but says the Axis sounds and plays the best of all three and built the best as well. Sure its not the USA EVH Wolfgang, but still he stated for full retail price it wasn't worth it.

Comparing the EVH to the Axis, just going by specs and price alone no way in hell would I pay $3000 for a guitar with a plain maple neck with only the fingerboard being birdseye and not even a German Floyd Rose (from my understanding) when the Axis is $1000 cheaper, better built quality and better woods used.

I've been a VH fan for a long time, and I love Ed's playing. I also feel he's got the right to make money off his name and the success he's had, however there's only 1 place I'd turn if I want (another) EVH-type guitar....
