Thanks for the heads-up. I will certainly keep a lookout on the 'Net for any of the aforementioned items; it's a damn shame that some of the most talented musicians of our time have to suffer through such thievery. Hopefully they had a buttload of insurance to cover their gear, but I know that no amount of money can possibly replace the sentiment attached to your favorite axe.

I had a lot of gear stolen many years ago..........and out of the 6 stringed things,I managed to get back only one guitar of mine,and I had to buy it back from a pawn shop.

I feel for these guys.......

bstrd thieves suck.

To re-buy your own gear from a pwan shop? Thats too bad my friend... To see your guitar/bass whatever in a store, paying money to have that is yours already...

Yeah, I think if a police report is filed, serial numbers and all, then the owner of the store that is selling stolen merchandise is the one that loses out. That gear should go back to the owner. Same thing as if a car dealer tried to sell you back your stolen car.
