And to bring this thread back on track, I should add that the burger van should be at a music festival and be a dubious catering company that also charge you £1.50 for a can of Coke!

A lot of people love to hide behind the anonymity of the internet, and use it as a springboard for everything they can't express in real life. They also use it to get as much access to everything they feel they have a right to get to.

This forum is different from any other that I've been a member of, simply because the main person involved (BP) actually takes time out from running his company to talk to us. I consider it an honor that he thinks that highly of his customers. Anyone that tries to take advantage of his accessibility for any reason is an assbag. As Koog's said, just because he has made himself available, it doesn't mean that you should contact him. There are channels for dealing with your questions and concerns, and going to the CEO of the company isn't the answer.

Maybe his mom took his World of Warcraft game, and he's just angry.
