H/S on a Bongo

I know you guys say the HH is the most aggressive pickup combo but how is an H/S on a bongo for aggressive music? John Myung seems to do it fine

Another approach would be: It's not about what we think of the tone, it's about what you think of it and how you like it.

It it what Oli said and your approach. Personally I think the H is the most aggressive... but I tend to dig in more on the H. The HS is pretty smooth but you can get some dirt in there either way, the only way you can go wrong is to not get a Bongo.
