Hands up if you have one! Let us know what the specs are. Show you're a member of the JPFHOC (JP first hundred owners club)

I placed the first customer order in the UK for one and mine is hand signed.

It's a Mystic Dream 6 string with shields, matching headstock and piezo.

Photo to follow when I can find a decent shot of it.

The specs are the same - as I've heard it. The only difference is that the signature is signed by JP instead of automade at EB factory.

Yep, fully aware of that. Just keen to see how many Knuckleheads have one and what specs they chose.

I've got a Blue Dawn fully loaded JP6 that was hand-signed. This guitar has SERIOUS MOJO!

Pete,

Is that your "personal" guitar, or one in your shop?

That's mine, it was the first EBMM which I picked up (used). It is my go-to guitar for recording although I don't gig it much.

Is that the blue dawn that sat next to your DD2 GR in your rig video? Cause man Pete, that guitar is smoking!

Steve, that guitar is Autumn RedRise w/ rosewood neck - yeah it smokes! 60/40 I gig the RedRiseJP/DD2GR combo then DDJP/DDLuke. Occasionally I bring in the BFR AL instead of the Luke or GR

@Pete I also remember your guitar being somewhat different compared to the 2007 LE models, something about the spraying of the finish right? Sorry if I'm mistaken.

My first run JP is an oddball, and the Blue Dawn color appears brighter/lighter on it than on any of the other models, even though it is the same color. I think Ernie has an old Blue Dawn that is bright like mine.

The 2007 LE was the same as the original Blue Dawn, and there were several threads about "are the colors the same?" when it was reintroduced.

Here's a shot of 3 original Blue Dawn guitars, one is my early JP

Yeah, I remember. I guess I just unconsciously posted that to make you show that pic again, I love it! :D

Thanks for the clarification.
