Anybody know what's going on? The site has been down for 24 hours +. Does this happen often?
I find it bizarre that a site of that magnitude could be down so long...

Pretty simple really, scheduled maintenance sometimes results in unplanned disasters A bad patch, a firmware update gone ugly, the possibilities are endless. At the end of the day, machines and software are operated by and made by humans

I think I saw something about Harmony Central 2.0. Probably a whoel new website and associated server changes.....
