hehe, I think it's pretty good. I don't know what special impressions I can have concerning lemon oil. You won't make a mistake trying it.
I like its spongy cap, it eliminates the need for a cloth to apply it to the neck

Good stuff, lemon oil. I cleaned tree sap off my wood ax handle the other day with it. Worked like a charm.

Wonder Wipes are really good.
I got the fretboard conditioner and instrument polish.
I rebuilt a guitar today, and used the fretboard ones. Very easy and simple to use, but left my fingers a little bit greasy for a few minutes!
Haven't tried the instrument polish ones yet.

Wish i could locate some wipes! Are they officially available for dealers? I'll have to get my good friend at the local music store to order some for me. I am especially interested in the instrument polish and string cleaner...
You have to admit that its less messy than just pure lemon oil

When I use lemon oil or any other type of fretboard oil, I just put a drop on the fret and use a rag, so I don't really get it on my fingers.
But I've got to say, the Wonder Wipes give it a nice, clean look, not that ultra shiny reflective look.
They did a really good job.
I have yet to use the instrument polish ones. I guess I'll break something out and give them a shot.
So far, the fretboard ones I really like. I'm not a huge fan of the super glossy oily look, either.
I'm not either, but I do it more for the nourishment than the look. I haven't used the instrument polish ones either, but the wonder wipes do leave more of a non shiney look, and no residue. That is a plus in my book.

Exactly. That's why I am can't wait to see what it does to ebony. Ebony can get annoyingly glassy.
I just used the Instrument Polish Wonder Wipes. They are very "non wet", and they work pretty good, as far as I can tell. I don't really have anything here that is in dire need of a polish, so I can't really compare.
I like the very clean, non slick look that the fretboard wipes give. Very crisp and clean, without the shimmery overkill. Plus, I noticed that it dried relatively quickly. By the time I was done wiping it down, I put the hardware back on, bolted it on, and it was ready to go.
Yep...Props to Brian and Derek..I heard they went through MANY different formulas testing these wipes.
I think the wonder wipes will be perfect for ebony. BTW, I used them on a pau ferro unlined neck, and they worked great there as well

Well so far, I'm a big fan of them.
I've got a guitar with an ebony fingerboard that is in desperate need of a string change, so I'm gonna try them out.
The last time I conditioned that neck, it was like looking in the mirror. Even my amp's lights would reflect in it obnoxiously.
If I had to give a summary of the Wonder Wipes so far, it would be that they do a very good job, give a very nice, clean, classy look to the fretboard, but just be prepared to scrub your fingers afterwards!
After the blister I got today from the soldering iron installing pickups, it wasn't too much of a joy!
