Indeed. This year I have a cousin who is on his way to Iraq over this weekend. It will be the first time Memorial day becomes "personal" for me. I believe I'll be listening to Jimi's Star Spangled Banner at least a few times this weekend and remember all of those who have helped allow me to have a pretty good life.
