I might adjust the title of this thread to reflect what it's really become now, not that I'm accusing you all of hijacking this thread, but I think this is a great thread to be able to discuss and point out distributor/dealer flaws when it comes to EBMM products.

Unless there is already one somewhere on this board? How about the mods start a thread where we can report suspect products or a way to inform you within the company of problems with dealers, or should we just continue to use the board as we have so far?

As an aside, when I bought my Bongo 5 at L&M Oshawa late last year, the 2 sales guys that helped me knew so much about EBMM and Bongos, it was almost too much! I may have got lucky, but either these guys went through EBMM product training THAT DAY or really, really knew thier stuff.

BTW... they SOLD me the bass and I love them for it. I went in to buy a Fender.

Disclaimer: No, I don't work there. But for a big chain, I am always impressed with the service.

WHile Im venting...This is the kind of dealer that when Long and McQ or GC moves in he will have a sob story about the giant crushing the hard working little guy.

would love to know the answer BP if you find out. Keep an eye on the UK ebay site if you ever have time. We are suffering with people bring stuff into the UK through some unusual channels and selling brand spanking new EBMMs on the 'bay. Clearly not licenced dealers and not second hand stuff....

I have said enough I think. Strigns and Thigns aknow as well I think so over to you guys.
