Hey guys,
It nearly 2am in the morning in my part of the world.just back from a gig.Friends of mine were playing in one of my local bars 2nite&my buddy who plays lead guitar borrowed my BFR to try it out.he already has a standard JP6 model that he has for years.
OH my god...the sound from the guitar through a proper rig&PA system was unbelievable.the clarity and sustain from the guitar and the harmonics just sang out and it was such a pleasure to watch some1 as talented as my friend play such a fine instrument.
At the moment my playing isnt good enough to play in a band but that will change in the future as i was so inspired after listening to my guitar been played by my buddy and i thought to myself, that should be me up there playing my BFR!

anyway sorry for the long speech, just wanted to share my thoughts with people i know will understand and will keep me inspired.:)

Well... GET BACK TO PRACTICING THEN!!!!!!

In all seriousness, l'm in a similar situation at the moment, but l'm just not in a band cause l don't think l could deal with all the bullsh!t that comes along with it, and l'm not talking about organizing gigs etc.. l'm talking about personnel issues of other band member, but to get back on topic, it is great to see mates bands and get inspired by them, there are many great unknown bands out there.

In the mean time, keep practising and dreaming, you'll get there.

Scott.

It's so great hearing these fantastic guitars played by people who really know how to play them. Morse, JP, Luke, AL, whoever. Man, they sound great in my crappy hands. In the hands of virtuosos? They're beyond belief.

Cool to hear Col! I'm inspired every time I see someone new play, its a great thing. No matter how someone plays, they will always have something to offer. We are all in the same boat Col, all still learning. Great to hear you have such passion to be up there playing. :)
