Man, I really envy you guys with a big setup. Back in Dallas, I had a 14 space rack, two 2x12 speakers and a small pedalboard. I live in NYC now and don't own a car, so if I can't fit it in a cab, it ain't going to the gig. I have one 1x12 speaker and a pedalboard. I only take the speaker when the club doesn't have an amp, which is about 50% of the time. I rarely even take more than one normal sized guitar. I usually have 1 EB and my mini electric. If I break a string, they can wait. :)

When I was in Nashville, I got chatting to this guy in a band I saw in bar, and he said he uses a POD now, as all the places he plays has a good enough PA system. Apparently a lot of people are going this route.

At least it sounds like something funny

I love my Vox

fixed it.. :D used a spare tube from my mark4 and its back to normal.. well kind of.. sounds alot different surprisingly sounds more beefy and warm... and another thing that surprised me is its alot louder.. i think im going to change the speaker out soon, see what it sounds like... its an amazing little amp as it is, to be honest i prefer it over my mark4.. the mesa is too fiddly and takes way too long to find a tone i like.
