Welcome to the forums Gary!
A personal testimony about the outstanding customer service that EBMM maintains:
The little tiny hex screws that adjust the saddle heights had sorta worndown after 9years of use on my SR4, only because I wouldn't use the proper size allen wrench. I asked customer service if I could purchase some replacements, and they said they'd rather just send them to me for free! :D
Also, You can see my 3 week old (literally) BlackCherry Burst HH SR5 on the link on my sig! Its so new I can't bear to pull the plastic off the PG!
Anyways, I'm seriously IN LOVE with the HHSR5, it just plays and sounds so sweet. It's my first 5 string EVER, and I've owned 6strings but I never liked the feel of ANY 5 string. Then I realised, the reason why I hated 5 strings was cause I never found one that felt like my SR4! :)

Well you done good then! When I tried to buy it, he wouldn't budge off list saying he was the last guy on earth with one. Looks like he caved, but congrats!

I guess they really do try to sell the last LTD they have at retail price.
Many times I've asked for a price check and I've been told that,

"we only have 2 left, and the last one will go for full retail price"

I always thought it was just a pressure technique, but now I know they actually do that. Now whether they actually do only have 2 instock when they say that, well that's another question in my mind!

Welcome Gary! What part of C'land are you from? I grew up in Wickliffe. Is DeFiore's Music still in business?

Caca, that pix you posted that Dude took is the best I've seen for being true to the Buttercream. Most I see end up looking more white due to lighting. I even asked Dude what camera he used to take it on The Dudepit, but so far, no response.
