Hello For The First time.

Hello to all. Yesterday, I bought my first EBMM from the local G/Center. It is a JP-6 BFR with roasted neck. I am a life long Strat player, but I've had (or still have) PRS, LesPauls, Ibanez, and many others- all great guitars. I've always needed a week or two to get used to them before feeling confident enough to go live. My new JP-6 was the sole exception.
I got it yesterday morning, practiced yesterday afternoon, sound checked this morning, and played two worship sets this afternoon. This thing is as comfy, versitile, and confidence inspiring as they get. Congratulations to the EBMM team for such a job well done. I look forward to being part of the community here.

I know exactly what you mean about being able to gig with it so quick. I got my 25th Anniversary on Thursday afternoon and gigged with it 30 hours later!

I play in the Tampa Bay area. Mostly contemorary stuff-Chris Tomlin, Third Day, etc. Before I started playing worship guitar, my influences were (and still are) David Gilmour, Robin Trower, Eric Johnson.
