Mark Bass

Soooo, true. I have recently seen the Yellow Light. 60 Lbs total between the combo and the extension.... oh yeah.... its so little and cute, but then it goes BOOM in a big (good) way. Seriously the whole rig is going to weigh about the same as my old head by itself. Go for a single combo minus extension and you're talking 30-40 lbs. And the tone.... clarity.... depth.... volume.

They won me over BIG time. Much like EBMM did with their instruments. If you haven't plugged your MM's into one, I highly recommend you do. Your local GC "should" have some.

Hope all is well Erin!

I was oh so close to pulling the trigger on a LMII before I was given great deal with a combo purchase my EBMM SR5 and GK1001; but that Walkabout Scout Combo sounded delicious when I had a chance to play it at GC :)

the walkabout does take care of most of my needs... It gets that thick tubey growl without all the weight my 400 and 4x12 has. You hear it first then see it second.

Just wanted everyone to know that FingBeagles check arrived this morning and went in the bank. Everyone here has been amazing and has really restored some of my faith in the power of positive thinking. It was very easy for me to get depressed about things i could not control, and just become negative. Everyone here has been so amazing it has given me something positive to focus on and not let the situation swallow me up.

Now the hardest part.. Waiting from my Big Al to be built/delivered. Do you have everything you need from me BP? I assumed you got all my info from Beaver@ Basscentral...?

I thought you guys might want an update on my status. As of today i am 4 days through a 6 week radiation treatment schedule. So far i am handling the treatments okay, I go in every day at 730 am, then come home and sleep until noon. They tell me that i'll get more and more tired as the weeks go on, with the side effects peaking at 3 weeks.
With everyone here having been as helpful as they have been, just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. So far so good.
They haven't done any follow up scans to tell if the treatments are working yet, but I'm optimistic.

Pass....
As a Mesa user and lover for the last 20yrs now, Mark Bass doesn't have a sound I like at all. Sorry. Keep your Mesa's Erin.

Sorry Poppa, but not one at all. I've tried many of them, even up until two weeks ago. And everytime I plug back into either a Mesa tube or hybrid, I realize I don't like the Mark character.
