Wow what a shame to lose an ax like that, I hope he gets it back. I have never bought a hot guitar in my life and I have seen more than my share of some really nice ones, but Karma is a funny fellow. In the VG they have a monthly stolen gear column, the issue with Albert Lee on the cover it was posted some poor guys house was robbed of 40 guitars which were mainly vintage= ouch, besides Albert himself saying in his interview he had a few stolen and was even lucky he got some back. I had also read where Eric Johnson regained some vintage guitars a decade after they were stolen as he logged his serial numbers, which I would advise everyone to do.
