Help identifying Valentine pickup (US or Import?)

New here, but I feel I belong as I am a long time caretaker of a Stingray bass. Ironically I am a guitarist. (I wouldn’t mind a 2016 St. Vincent or maybe a roasted maple neck Sterling JP157, the greenish one. Maybe one day.)

I got my hands on a pair of Valentine pickups I am about to install in a guitar. It was sold to me as Music Man but even then I had my doubts (but didn’t care that much at the price - if it is import, I overpaid for sure but I wanted to grab a tele style chrome cover humbucker sized pickup on a short trip to the US. Not like I had many choices.)

Now that I am handling the pickup again, the question resurfaced. Tried to find disassembled Valentine or even control cavity photos to see if the look of the wire could disambiguate, but found nothing. Not even a photo. So I figured I sign up and ask here. Any idea if these are imports or USAs?

Bump. Also. Anyone knows the humbucker color codes or why the single coil looking one is 4 conductor wiring?

In case anyone stumbles upon this looking for the same info, mine was USA made. Here is a photo of the Sterling. Note the lack of visible copper baseplate on the bridge pickup, the different wiring. Also, to me it looks like the screw holes on the Sterling are larger characteristic of import pickups.
