[Help] Majesty no sound problem

Hi my Music Man Majesty 7 string have no sound. Only if I unplug the cable, plug it back in and hold down the piezo volume knob I have sound until i let off of it.

I already tried the 10 second hold, change baterries and all that stuff and only have sound if i hold the piezo knob.

I dont know what more i can do. I boght the guitar in guitarcenter on manhattan almost 3 years ago in march 2017, and I from argentina i dont know what to do very dissapointing and disgusting situation for this kind of guitar.

this has been going on for 4 years and i keep the guitar on the case but now im coming back to play guitar. So i wanna know if theere is a solution because i know am not the only one with this problem and i cant afford send my guitar or buy a new module.

Did you try change the battery for e new one?

You probably need to change the electronics, contact music man customer service

I don't know about "probably need to change the electronics", but I'd certainly suggest emailing or calling customer service. Let them help you out. Could be a bunch of things.
