So my ESP just sold on Ebay and that means I'm gonna have some cash very soon (next week or so) and that means NGD! Now I'm torn between a few models, so I thought I would ask what people think I might like out of these 4 options (especially those of you who have listened to the links I posted the other day!). I would like to get some kind of used limited model (i.e. black sugar/roasted maple; all rosewood neck; Dargie Delight {this would be my number one choice!}) of the models listed below (keeping in mind only models with a bridge humbucker!).

So anyway, here's what I'm considering!

Luke
Al HH
Reflex 25th
Another Morse
(Might be able to be talked into a Petrucci but it would have to be an amazing guitar, the one I had before I didn't like).

Anyways, discuss!

From your sig, you've got two Morses and an LP, so I'd think about getting something with single coils or MM90s next. You need a bridge 'bucker?

If you can hold out a week then you can see if MM has anything planned for next year.

Is there a reason why you don't have an Axis listed? If you play mainly metal I think it is the perfect choice. Fast neck, Basswood/Maple cap tone combo, killer pups, and a Floyd. If for some reason you stated why you do not want to go in that direction, I would say go with an AL HH.

I have considered the Axis, but I can't deal with a Floyd Rose, perhaps the Super Sport though? Also, as far as using single coils or MM90's, I don't think I would use the guitar enough to justify buying it, I would just regret that it didn't have humbuckers. I've had strats and teles (and countless other guitars) and the single coil/P-90 sound just doesn't do it for me. Also, yes I was going to see what NAMM held in store for the coming year, but I thought it would be fun to see what everyone recommends! Thanks for the replies!

Go with the GC push/pull special edition. Beautiful and versatile.

Well, the AL HH is the clear winner of the poll so far. I like the El Dorado gold AL HH with the all rosewood neck on the GC Platinum website, but I've seen a few other guitars that I'm also interested in. I've been looking at a JPX, a Dargie Silo Spec HSS, a 25th Reflex, and that AL. I guess it will probably boil down to the best deal that I can get! Thanks for all the input!

I voted for the Reflex. It was kind of hard to not vote for the AL HH, but I'm not sure if the idea of an all-rosewood neck appeals to me. I understand you mentioned you wanted something somewhat limited edition, so, maybe the AL HH would be the best option for you. I'm noticing how old this thread is by now, and you've probably already bought you new axe LoL.
