I was given the second chance offer on ebay for a Luke I was outbid on and was wondering if I should get it. It is Luke blue, no piezo and no case for $650 plus 25 shipping. I already have a Luke w/o piezo and after initially loosing the bid I became interested in a Parker Fly on the bay (I have chronic shoulder/neck problems and was considering the light weight on that one). What should I do????

I just want to add that good number of those 2nd chance offers are fraud. Just becareful what ever decisions you make.

Yeah, the fraud thing was in the back of my mind. The seller has no feedback and this is their first sale. It looks like the original bidder and two others were ahead of me in the bidding, so either they didn't respond to their 2nd chance offer or they are in the scam.

I'd be careful with the 2nd chance bid - too risky for me. I had a Parker Fly and that sucker was light. I didn't weigh it but I would be surprised if it weighed over 5 lbs. Played really good too - sold it to fund a different guitar.

Man, The Parker neck is about the thickest I've tried, not sure I'd be comfortable switching between that and a music man.

I'd wait for a better color to appear. Even Luke doesn't play one that color anymore. Looks more like STERLING silver than Luke Blue. ;)

Luke blue is a nice color but we see way too many around...
