I am going to start recording here soon and I am looking at a few different options and figured you guys could help me out

for an interface to the PC I am looking at either the Lexicon Omega, the M-Audio Black box (guitar box pro to be exact) or the Line 6 UX2

has anyone played with any of these and can give me the lowdown of ease of use, quality of sound, and all of that good stuff ?

thx

Voo-

I can't help you out, but I'm considering both the Lexicon omega and the line 6 ux2 as well, so I'd be interested in reading some responses here too.

go Pro Tools...

yes indeed, pro tools is the best, currently I'm using Logic at home, but my band process all the recording material and mastered all of em with pro tools...you can't go wrong with pro tools :). I also use Line 6 UX2 + my musicman luke for guitar recording session.. so far I love it, there's so many feature for cool guitar tone that you can use and experiment with.

Good luck with your recording bro Voo.
