Basically, my magnetic output, which theorically should be the one that sounds good with magnetic pickups, is way more dull than the piezo out.

When I use the piezo out with magnetic pickups I obtain a full tone with more lows and highs, more tightness and way more output and clarity than the other one....how can I fix it and balance them? Is it a common problem?

Thank you

You could play with the piezo controls on the back. I think there' s a volume, or maybe an output control, so you could try reducing that, if you haven't already done so.

Shouldn't the controls act ONLY on the piezo pickup, not the magnetic?

i´m using the stereo out jack (with a stereo cable) only, because it sounds better to me.
if i´m only using the mag. PUPs, i also use the stereo out jack but with an mono cable.
few weeks ago, i plugged the cable into the mono-out jack and i was wondering, why my sound was less dynamic as before....switched back to the stereo-out jack and there was my normal sound again.
but you said you like the mono-out more...that´s funny.

btw. JP uses the stereo out jack, even when he is doing clinics where he normally not uses the piezo and run a mono-cable to the amp only.

i think, that with the mono-jack, the mag-signal runs through the active system as well to match the mag and piezo signal level and due to this, it looses some of the normal sound.
