Help! My JP's got me whipped!

There's something about this new JP (choose from a long list of things I like about it) that just begs me to play it. I'll be in my kitchen area and see it in the other room... immediately forget what I was doing and go play it. I'll wake up, see it... and I'm late for work. Girlfriend is coming over after work... and I'm stalling to buy time before she does so I can play more! The color gets me of course, but more so its shape and... basically when I look at it, I feel compelled to play. It's like some kind of visual drug/trigger to force me into riffing....

WebMD has no prescriptions, outside more cowbell, what can I do? This guitar is ruining my social life.

Of course, and that's it too, the piezo sound is in my head, just makes me want to play more... it's like looking at a grand piano on an empty stage. If I could play piano...

Glad to hear that guitar is doing so well for you. I think the "other" guitar has a curse on it - it's the first package of mine that UPS has lost en route to a customer. The post office, on the other hand, loses them all the time

If there was a way to get your JP to give you a "-Expletive Deleted -" would you even need her?

1. your JP does what you ask
2. it never talks back (just with sweet tones)
3. it's quiet when you want it to be.
4. it's got "hot" friends (ASS, AL, Luke)
5. plus, you know your Balls more than any girlfriend ever will

it's all good.

haha! But this thread wasn't supposed to compare the merits of Balls and girlfriends, it was supposed to demonstrate that my Ball looks so good that sometimes I can't ignore it! I should put it in its case on busy days...

I do like the list. But the girlfriend doesn't!

I got my first JP about 4 years ago and I'm still this way over it It's not a bad thing, just flow with it man!
