Help needed from EB customer service about Broken truss rod in a Steve Morse Model.

Here another image of the corroded and broken truss rod. IT worked just fine and suddenly broke in the hands of the artist.

Thanks. I already Did. I'm specting for the confirmation and a new neck as warranty for the faulty neck.

If the guitar is still under warranty you should reach out to the dealer the guitar was bought from. Music Man lists these people in Panama...
