Help - New Bongo 6 neck adjustment

Just received my new bongo 6 ,the neck is flat and maybe even slightly back bowed. Truss wheel is frozen !!! Help ,this is a brand new bass

First off just relax (as hard as that may be): 1. Then call your dealer 2.customer service if need be

That in itself is a good start to the remedy.
