I don't really understand this. Replacing and/or moving the string doesn't require doing anything to the electronics. Those are also wired through the board. Sounds like there is a part of this story you are leaving out.Well, i just wanted to get the strings straight and pull out the circuit unit without thinking it would unwire ...
I just talk to EB help, and they said just send it over for 30$ to get this setup ... I think i will go to that route..
EB doesn't have diagram for wiring..so~
while i tried to figure out the wiring, i pull out the strings as well thinking I could put them back easily. It wasn't easy.I don't really understand this. So you pulled out the wiring for no reason, and then decided to fix the string?while i tried to figure out the wiring, i pull out the strings as well thinking I could put them back easily. It wasn't easy.
anyways. I will ship it to EB customer service..

THis is great .this was what i was looking for.. thanks!!!OK, this had me baffled. But a little research would lead me to decipher this as the following:
1) Its an Ernie Ball VPJR Tuner pedal.
2) You were attempting to change the pedal string that controls the volume pot.
3) In that process the exposed wires were yanked off the tuner circuit board.
Watching this video I see the process and the wiring, perhaps it's enough to get you pointed and corrected with minimal trial and error.
