First, the 4th and 6th string got a distorted sound and sometimes no sound at all. I found out the two saddles got the small piece on them loose and finally fell off while I was trying to dealt with it.

I put some glue on it, it hold, but got a very low volume due to increasing impedance in the serial circuit. So I hair-dryered it hot, tried to remove some glue but not working. Then I accidentally pulled the pieces off.:(

How could I fix this? Would some conductive glue work? Urgent! Wait online! Need your inputs. Thanks!

Yeah. Did that already. Just wonder if anyone had countered this. Now, the 4th completely quiet, 6th still sound, all strings still low...

How long does it take for customer service to reply emails? I got a reply this morning but nothing else since I responded. Thanks.

Chance are you won't hear from them till Monday, as they are closed on the weekends.

Got a reply asking detail for checking saddle availability on Monday. Nothing from the CS since I answered them back and sent some photos. So looks like they just email one once a week?

Don't know. But you're best to follow up with them. As always ... best way is to pick up the phone Mon-Thurs. You know you'll get a live person.
