IS this original musicman stingray S/N E01674...if so what model is this...?

There is a sticky thread at the top of the main bass page called "Music Man Serial Number Database". If you post your serial# there, someone from EBMM will give you as much info as they can about your bass. It may take a day or so, but they're usually pretty quick about it.

My guess is that it's a 98 Stingray.
