Hello, one of my classic sterling bridge saddle height adjuest screw broken, I need to replace it with a new one, can anyone tell me the exact size of it? Thank you so much!
It's a specialty fastener, by definition, even tho it
doesn't fastern anything. Likewise the intonation
screws. For normal fastening jobs, these screws
are "too long for their diameters" and so are not
normally manufactured for general distribution. A
manufacturer, like EBMM for instance, can special
order a screw of "abnormal" length-to-diameter
ratio ... but must order a large quantity.
Any individual who needs a specialty fastener can
either suck up and pay for a whole barrel of them
like EBMM et al must do, or such individual, who
needs just one or several or six dozen, must buy
such fasteners from the party who special orders
them in quantity .... in your case that's EBMM.
