Help With My EB Volume Pedal Please

I've had for some time a mono Ernie Ball Volume Pedal. It has your basic In and Out along with a Tuner out. I bought this probably a year ago. Problem I have is my minimum volume is off. How can I set it?

I didn't see any instructions how and I've looked all around the pedal and I don't see any kind of knobs. I haven't seen much online.

It's a pain trying to keep the pedal at half level and I've totally bypassed this pedal for that reason. Can someone please help me out here?

Simply put, I'd like my pedal to give me a comfortable volume level when it's fully depressed.

ahh no dice man. cant be done. thats not the way the pedal was designed. the only other thing it can do is change the swell rate. theres no knob to set minimum volume. if you put the pedal all the way down its off. period. end of story.
