Okay. So I recently broke my B String and needed a new one. I bought two different kinds from Ernie Ball. I bought the Custom Gauge 9 and the Custom Gauge 10, but I don't know which one is the B String. Please help so I can continue to rock on.

just depends on your gauge of choice.....If you are usuing a 9-42 set the .11 would be a "b" string...in your case the .10 would work ok but would be light.

If you can get an .11 .13 or .14 then that would be suitable for most gauge combinations. The .9s and .10 are mostly found on the high "e" string...
