They were give away's for the CLB "Casey Lee Ball Foundation" for pediatric kidney disease.

Looks like an Axis Sport, which are really great guitars, very under rated in my book. Are you buying it?

Yeah, you've got all you would need for that guitar. What else do you want to know? It would most likely be standard other than the special emblem.

The neck looks a little worn/dirty, clean it up and those rusty strings should go, put a fresh set on there and you'll love it.
