"I think it's awesome you take an active part in the community here!

Just thought I would say so

And i'm really looking forward to the Bongo 6, I was originally going for a Modulus Quantum 6, but I had a mess around on a HH Bongo and it really has a groove all of it's own.

The 6 from shots i've seen, seems really nicely proportioned as well. So... how much will they be selling for at NAMM and do I have to get in contact with a stockist, or the main importer of your basses to get one ordered for me, or can I phone your guys there?

Thanks and it's no biggy if you can't get back to me with the details, I understand that you are an important and busy man in your chosen arena of work."

Nothing irritates me more than someone who does not mind the details.

I sympathize with your frustration BP, I deal with similar issues on a daily basis!

BP - I don't know what else you could do, I mean, this isnt exactly the first, or second, or even third thread you've made to specify that people should not PM you, only thing I can thing of is making the font in your signature bigger, maybe it will catch more peoples attention....

But I do have a question... if I may

Sterling, do you or the company have a fan mail address?

Say if someone, like this guy, or anyone else wanted to send you / EBMM a letter or something to comment on the great bass or guitar you guys have made them, or give praise for the Wonder Wipes , or just wanted to send a Thank You card to the Customer Service team to say thanks for always being there and being the best in the business, and helping us out the way that they do, ect ect ect ....... is there an address for that?

Thanks Jack, you had that response 7 minutes after I asked.... you could qualify for the Customer Service department!

All kidding aside, Thanks Jack, you've always been very helpful to me anytime I've ever needed your assistance.

Geez, some people are so thick. It's not as if BP doesn't show up here frequently and never reads the forums.

The man runs a major American company and still finds time to come hang out with us frequently. The least you could do is respect his wishes. By the way, you think you'd have half this much access to say Steve Jobs or Bill Gates? Not a chance.

BP,
you should make your signature font size 7, bold and red ... just for those whose eyes are lazy

He's got underlings to read stuff here, but if anything grabs his attention he will personally respond. I've known people with serious Apple customer service issues that have written to the above address and (finally) gotten real help for their problems.

Obviously he isn't anywhere near as accessible as BP, but he isn't completely inaccessible.

Bp,

Can you forward those pm's to me?? I never get any pm's!!

That's all I ever do is just wait here by my empty mailbox, day after day, after day. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

One time I thought I got a pm, but it was just a mistake by Kevin, he was testing the system.

Hey, can I pm myself??

:)
