I don't think it's so much about the "don't pm me", disclosure on bp's profile. It's the fact the HE is considered the "star/celebrity" here and everyone wants to talk to him one on one!!

*Enable Private Messaging
*Scroll down the page a bit, and click Receive Private Messages only from Buddies and Moderators

You can add buddies to your list here:
http://www.ernieball.com/forums/profile.php?do=editlist or by clicking on their name, viewing their profile, and then clicking Add SCREENNAME to Your Buddy List to add them to your list.

- You can also delete buddies in the same spot.

Basically, you can control who sends you PMs and who doesn't - if you send a PM to someone, add them to your list so they can hit ya back! If they aren't on your list, they ain't gettin none of your love!
