here is the majesty

If this Guitar creates as much emotion when people play it as it does when people see it, it's going to be incredible. ..
 
There exist a lot of guitars that aren't "pretty" at first glance and need a little time to get comfortable with the shape etc. Even the Armada is not a "beautiful" guitar, but it is very unique what is very cool I think.

If you want to pregress electric guitars today you have to make this step that was made with the majesty. There are so many companies which build modern guitars with figured tops, mahagony bodies, pao fero fretboards. But they cook with the same ingridients and those guitars are very substutional. I think if JP wanted a guitar like an Ibanez JCustom EBMM would have built one.

I am looking forward to the Majesty and really hope that I can afford one. As in the formula one, know how and invention cost a lot.

Btw...had today the chance to try a reflex. The guitar feels amazing though it has a 12 inch radius. A really great guitar!
 
I like the shield on the body and the all the fine details on the guitar are very cool...the recessed switches, the angled headstock, the neck joint and the tremolo.

may have been answered already, but you said you can choose to implement further game changer components along the way... so does this mean you could have all the switching abilities of a 4-coil reflex game changer? or is it different still?

I have to agree with you here, when I first saw the majesty pics i was not sure if i really liked it. Now 5 days later it has started growing on me. By next week I'll be wanting one. Whenever you push the envelope in new design ideas I think its natural for people to at first second guess things. One thing I have learned about myself is that when I see something that catches my eye right away it doesn't seem to keep me interested for very long. But radical new ideas keep me coming back to discover things i may have missed on a first look. Then little by little it becomes an obsessive love affair that i can't stop thinking about.
 
That's guitar design evolving right there. I can't say I'm overwhelmed with GAS for this, but I really like the development of new ideas, many of which are all in this one guitar. Some of them will stick, some might not. Ultimately progress wins. Many guitar makers are playing safe and not taking those risks. Kudos to EBMM. Nice work indeed!
 
All talk about aesthetics just reminded me of the JP12 with a custom paint job that JP brought on stage to play Breaking All Illusions. That guitar looked sick.
