She played her black bongo with Van Hunt on the Conan O'brian show.

She is the bassist for Van Hunt. Last year I saw her on one of the late night shows playing that same Bongo. Apparently Randy Jackson is Van Hunt's manager and he lent her one of his Bongos to use with the band.

I hadn't seen this thread before. Very cool. And here I was needlessly telling you guys about Alana in another thread the other day. Anyway Jo, that posture's called gettin' your groove on, girl. I guarantee you that shot was taken on the 1 or the 3.

Yeah, that's a great one too - I've seen it on your myspace profile. It's quite uh ... nice. You know, I didn't even realize that SR5 was green flake/sparkle. I thought it was silver. I've never seen one like that. Yeah, you DEFINITELY need that in a Bongo!
