'Salt Shaker' and 'Reaching Out' were with the Seymour Duncan JB...the others were the stock Dimarzio. The JB had a mid range 'honk' to it that I hated...kinda like a cocked wah sound. I put the stock pickup back in since then...it sounds much smoother

Anyhow...give a listen and see what ya think. I'm a self taught hack so go easy on my playing

Cool tone, but I'm not a fan of the JB really. You can definitely hear the mid range 'honk' you were talking about. It really does sound like a fixed wah. DiMarzio's all the way. Haha.
