Only Silo 30D has DiMarzio. Silo 30 and Sub Silo do not have them. As far as I know, Silo 30 hasn't been made in a few years.
Silo 30 did have locking tuners for part of it's time in production whereas the 30D never had locking tuners from the factory (and neither did the Sub Silo) but that alone can't be used to ID the instrument. If you find a Silo 30 and you are trying to find out if it has the D's in it the only way to tell is to remove them and look. The serial number cannot be used to ID them according to info shared with me when I asked about it.
I think the Sub Silo has a touch lower quality tuners, saddles and bridge and I believe it's made of Jabon as opposed to Basswood.
