Hey my friend. I'm holding my blue dawn sr5 in my hand and I gave you the serial # a couple weeks ago. You said it came back as a black stingray 4. I think I may have written them down wrong originally. E34263 is the correct id#. I know you're busy and I really appreciate your time when you get a chance to look at this. Hey Jon ...

Ive got a Blue Dawn Sterling with a crack in the paint. The crack goes from the pup switch towards to "bridge" knobs. see a pic at: http://www.phatduckk.com/images/myGuitars/DSC00007.jpg

can i get this fixed? I know BD is discontinued and was wondering if EB will repair it.

Mr Duckk....We would take care of that provided it wasn't caused by moshing with the bass etc. Call customer service 1 866 823-2255 they will give you a return authorization number.
