Hey Morse 1 and Y2D owners

Hey Folks,

I checked out my local authorized EBMM Dealer today and in talking to one of the owner's about a possible purchase, he let me check out his gorgeous Morse guitar. The neck is incredible feeling and I was just wondering if there is a difference between the original Morse and the Y2D, neck-wise?

nowadays..the profile is the same on both models.......

My understanding was EB took Steve's number one guitar and digitized the neck to replicate it. That guitar has had like 8 refrets. Has that part now changed?

I have to say that when I first saw this guy's Morse, the pickup configuration instantly made me think of some mad scientist's design. I was almost afraid

The pickup combination is what really sets this guitar apart from the others. Once you own it for a while, you appreciate it's versatility. Like a musical swiss army knife.

I see the Morse as a guitar that you can get / play anything you want with it. Sounds - from Str@ts, to LP's, Ib@nez's etc., from blues playing to high-speed shredding... everything: I think it's the most verstile guitar ever. Mostly because of the pickups.

the standard & the y2d are now made w/ the digitized profile & the comp nut......
& it's the best neck ever made .................................by anyone.

C'mon Tommy ... the custom profile you did on my Morse is pretty darn sweet So I'd have to put you on that list.
